Miss High's Class "Where EVERY student is a !"

This is going to be an exciting year and I can't wait to get started. We are going to be doing a lot of fun and engaging activities that provoke learning!

To make sure we start this year off right there are rules and expectations that I have for my students and parents I am going to need your help with keeping your child on track! Please go over the Classroom/School Rules with your child at home. Northcutt is a PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support) school. Students earn Eagle Cash that they can spend in the PBIS Store for postivie behavior.  The outstanding scholars at Northcutt Elementary rally around the acronym SOAR- Safe, Organized, Accountable and Respectful. We SOAR in every area while at school.

Classroom Rules & Expectations

Here’s what SOARing in my classroom looks like…

S: Safety: Keep hands, feet, and other objects to yourself. Follow dismissal and emergency procedures.

O: Organized: Clean up area and put all belongings away. Raise hand to speak or leave your seat.

A: Accountable: Make smart choices. Follow directions quickly. Be prepared to learn and complete all assignments.

R: Respectful: Be honest. Use kind words and actions. Treat everyone as you want to be treated.
